01 · Ordering

Orders, shipping and payments.

Everything to do with placing an order, getting it to your door and updating things along the way.

? How much does shipping cost?
We know how frustrating it is to get to checkout and suddenly see an extra $10 for shipping, so we've made it completely free for AU-wide 1 to 3 day express delivery. Every order. No minimum spend.
? How long is shipping?
1 to 3 day express AU shipping, every order, full tracking. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day ship the same day. Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
? Can I make a change to my order?
We're happy to help with changes or cancellations as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Flick us an email at support@inflato.com.au and we'll let you know right away if it's still possible to update before it's on the courier.
? How can I get an invoice?
Your order confirmation email contains your invoice. Sometimes these land in the spam folder, so check there first. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll resend a copy.
02 · The Inflato Mini Pro

Compact, fast, built for bikes.

Everything about the product itself, what it does, what fits and how to look after it.

? Which bikes does it work with?
All standard bikes, e-bikes, road bikes, gravel and mountain bikes running Presta or Schrader valves. Both heads are in the box and colour coded: the white head is Schrader, the red head is Presta. There's also a metal needle for sports balls and a 100mm extension hose.
? How do I use the Inflato Mini Pro?
Four steps. Long press the power button to turn it on, press the arrows to set your target pressure, attach the right head to your valve, then short press the power button to start. It auto-stops the moment it hits your number. Full walkthrough on our controls guide.
? I pressed start and nothing happened.
Almost always this: your tyre already holds more pressure than the target you've set, so the pump has nothing to do and correctly refuses to run. Compare the two figures on screen. The large live reading is what's in the tyre now, the smaller one is your target. Press the up arrow until your target sits above the live reading and it will fire straight up.

If the live reading shows zero instead, the head isn't sealed on the valve. Push it on squarely and hold it there.

? How do I charge it?
Use the included USB-C cable plugged into a standard wall adapter. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours. The Mini Pro cannot inflate while it is on charge, and the battery icon flashes once you're at 25% or below.
Use an adapter rated 18W or below. The charging circuit is built for a standard 5V output up to 15W and does not negotiate down from a high-output supply the way a phone does. A large PD or fast charger can damage the charging board. Full detail on the charging guide.
? How long does the battery last?
The Mini Pro carries a 1300mAh battery (2 x 650mAh, 4.81Wh) and recharges in about 1.5 hours. We don't publish a tyres-per-charge number because the honest answer swings enormously with what you're filling. Topping a road tyre from 80 to 100 PSI takes a fraction of the work of taking a 2.4 inch mountain tyre from flat. Charge it before a long ride and you'll have plenty in reserve.
? How much pressure can it reach?
3 to 150 PSI (0.2 to 10.3 BAR). That covers road tyres at full pressure with room to spare, and sits well above anything a mountain, gravel, commuter, e-bike or kids' bike tyre asks for. Above 100 PSI, run it off the extension hose rather than seating the pump directly on the valve, which stops air escaping at the joint.
? It stopped partway through. Is it broken?
No. The Mini Pro runs for a maximum of 4 minutes continuously, then stops to protect the motor and battery. Give it around 10 minutes to cool and press start again. Only large volume jobs, like a wide mountain tyre from completely flat, should reach that limit. The hose and nozzle also get warm during a long run, which is normal for any electric pump, so let them cool before unscrewing.
? The screen is showing an error code.
The Mini Pro protects itself rather than pushing through a problem. Each code holds for 10 seconds, then the pump powers down on its own.
E1Over pressure. Something above 150 PSI is connected. Release pressure and the reading returns to normal.
E2Current protection, usually a stalled motor. Let it rest, then power on again.
E3Battery passed 65°C and power to the motor was cut. Leave it 10 minutes to cool.
E4Sensor fault. Restarting normally clears it. If E4 keeps returning, contact us.
E5Internal connection issue and the buttons stop responding. This one is a warranty job.
? Can I use it for anything other than bike tyres?
Yes. It comes with a screw-in needle for sports balls (footballs, basketballs, rugby balls, netballs and so on) at 6 to 14 PSI. Set that before you press start, because the pump opens on 45 PSI out of the box and that will burst a football. It is not designed for car tyres, motorbike tyres or high-volume inflatables like air mattresses.
? It won't turn on after charging. What now?
First, what did you charge it from? A power adapter above 18W is the most common cause of a Mini Pro that will not wake up. If you used a laptop charger or a high-output PD brick, try a standard 5V phone adapter or a computer USB port for a full cycle.

Then try a factory reset: hold the light button and the up arrow together for 3 seconds. That clears the saved settings and returns the target to 45 PSI.

Still nothing? Email support@inflato.com.au with a photo of the back of the unit and we'll match the serial against your order for a warranty replacement.

03 · Other

Warranty, refunds and the small print.

Coverage, returns windows and what happens if something doesn't work as expected.

? Is the Inflato Mini Pro covered by warranty?
Yes. Every Mini Pro comes with an 18 month warranty covering manufacturing faults. If your product arrives faulty or something isn't behaving normally, email support@inflato.com.au with your order number and a description. A short video helps a lot and usually gets it resolved in one reply.
? Can I cancel my order after it's been dispatched?
Once an order has been dispatched it's already on the courier and out of our hands. You can return it for a refund under our 30 day return policy once it arrives. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us straight away and we'll cancel it for you.
? Can I get a refund after 30 days?
Our return policy runs 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed we can't accept a return or offer a refund. To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it. The 18 month warranty still covers any manufacturing fault outside the return window. Read the full return policy for the details.
